Get a cat cable in this case it will be a cat5e then cut 2 ends off so that when you put an Rj45 end on it it can plug into to an ethernet socket. You then need to untwist the twisted wires and straighten them to make the next step easier. Next arrange the wires in the correct colour scheme , being: orange-stripe, orange, green-stripe, blue, blue-stripe, brown-stripe, brown. Next cut the wires so they ae all on the same level, then get an Rj45 plug and insert the wires and use a grimp to tool to grip the RJ45 pug with the wires
