Open the tiktok app
tap the + button
Record a video by holding down the red button , or tap the upload button to take a video from your phones gallery
Use the editing tools on the right to edit the video
Tap next button, the next page will allow you to add hashtags and captions
set your privacy settings and decide whether to turn on comments and reactions
Tap the post button in the bottom right corner
