One resource I would suggest using is actually going on youtube to learn the basics of coding. One channel that has good reviews is called “Bro Code” many people have said he is good at teaching the basics and some high level concepts like object-oriented programming and loops and many others. Some coding languages include Python, java and C++. New programmers or non-programmers can learn as well and it can be a good recap tool to use if you haven’t practiced for a while.
