Step 1: Turn the computer on
Step 2: Locate the shift button on the left, Just above the control key
Step 3: Press the shift button as you reset the pc./computer
Step 4: Click on the trouble shoot option displayed on the screen
Step 5: Choose to reset the pc
Step 6: Choose to Remove everything
After that it should delete all the data, which is good if you don’t want your data to stay on before giving it to someone or donating it.
